Failure to attend an appointment will result in a missed consultation charge being levied to your account. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will also result in a missed consultation charge. Failure to attend a surgical procedure appointment will result in a missed surgical slot charge. The current charges are:
Missed standard appointment: £ 25,
Missed emergency appointment: £ 58.44,
Missed referral appointment: £ 36.75,
Missed surgical appointment: £ 36.79
